How much do you charge?

This question gets asked a lot so that's why it's first. There's no easy way to answer it because it is dependent on so many things. It's like asking a car dealer how much they charge for a vehicle. What make, model, size, colour, price range? You get the idea. Your situation is unique and needs proper due diligence so we can provide you with factual information so you can make an informed decision.

Do you charge time-and-materials or fixed-price?

We do both, but we add 15% contingency to fixed-price bids because of their inherent risk.

Can I make changes?

Yes, but any changes outside of the project scope is managed by a change management process. All this means is that out-of-scope modifications are analyzed, quoted and signed off before we proceed. That way there are no "surprises" on your invoice.
